About Allstars
Allstars is the oldest professional player agency in international handball. Founded over 20 years ago and focussing exclusively on handball we believe we can rightfully claim extensive knowledge and experience in our expert advice for players and clubs.
The agency was founded by Gerd Butzeck, who was the first official handball manager (of TSV Milbertshofen) and then the first licensed player's agent. Following his nomination in 2007 as founding managing director of Group Club Handball, which represents the interests of the world’s best handball clubs, the long standing coworker Ekkehard Hostert, who also holds a player's agent license of the German Handball Federation, took over the agency and has been managing it since then.
Top players have been represented by us such as Talant Dushebaev (twice world handballer player), Henning Fritz, Kim Sun Yoon and other German and international stars such as Christian Schwarzer, Glen Solberg, Marcus Ahlm and Alexander Tutschkin. Hundreds of players from many handball countries have placed their trust in us. We particularly enjoy working with talented young players who are just starting out on their careers. We are proud to be able to contribute to their successful careers inside and outside of the handball court.
We currently represent about 50 international players in the major leagues, in particular the German Bundesliga and the Spanish Asobal, but also in the Danish, Swiss, Slovenian and Hungarian league. Our main focus is of course in Germany, but our network naturally covers all the important clubs throughout Europe.
